1. About Us
Cards Central is operated by Collectors Central Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore. Our registered address is 62A Smith Street, Singapore 058964.
2. Grading Services
2.1 What We Do
We act as an authorised submission agent for third-party grading companies including PSA, CGC, BGS, and TAG. We collect your cards, submit them on your behalf, and return them once graded.
2.2 What We Don't Do
We do not grade cards ourselves. All grading decisions are made by the third-party grading company. We have no influence over grades assigned, and grades cannot be appealed through us.
2.3 Pricing
Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are as listed on our pricing page at the time of submission. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time — we will honour the price in effect at the time your submission is confirmed.
2.4 Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates provided by the grading company and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to volume, customs, or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you updated via your dashboard and email.
3. Accuracy of Information
The information on our website is provided for general reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without notice. Historical pricing or turnaround information is provided for reference only.
4. Your Cards
4.1 Ownership
You represent that you are the legal owner of all cards submitted and that they are accurately described at the time of submission. We photograph cards at drop-off as a condition record.
4.2 Care and Handling
We take reasonable care of your cards while in our possession. Cards are stored securely and handled with care. Pre-existing condition issues (creases, scratches, print defects) are not our responsibility.
4.3 Loss or Damage
In the unlikely event of loss or damage while in our care, our liability is limited to the declared value of the card at the time of submission, up to a maximum of S$500 per card unless additional insurance has been arranged. We strongly recommend insuring high-value cards separately.
4.4 Uncollected Cards
Cards not collected within 90 days of being marked “Ready for Pickup” may be subject to a storage fee of S$5/card/month. After 180 days, we reserve the right to treat uncollected cards as abandoned.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of drop-off unless otherwise agreed. We accept PayNow, cash, and card. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
7. Prohibited Submissions
You may not submit:
- Counterfeit, altered, or tampered cards
- Cards you do not own or have authority to submit
- Items containing illegal content
We reserve the right to refuse any submission and to return cards to you at your cost if prohibited items are identified.
8. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through our site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Any use is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Collectors Central Pte Ltd, our directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you in connection with any submission shall not exceed the total fees paid for that submission.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collectors Central Pte Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Waiver
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
