How long does grading take?
Turnaround depends on the grader and service level you pick. Each tier shows its estimated turnaround when you submit. Most PSA Value Bulk batches land back with us within 60–90 days; expedited tiers return faster. You'll get a notification at every stage — drop-off, shipped, at grader, returning, and ready for pickup.
I'm not getting push notifications
Open iOS Settings → Cards Central → Notifications and make sure they're allowed. If they were denied at first launch, iOS won't prompt again — you have to enable them manually in Settings. Still stuck? Email us and we'll check the server side.
Can I pick up my cards on behalf of someone else?
Yes — as long as the customer has notified us in writing (DM, email, or in-app message) with the submission code and the name of whoever's collecting. Bring any photo ID on the day.
I can't log in / forgot my password
Use Reset password on the login screen. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you won't have a password — just tap that provider again. If you're still locked out, email us with your full name and phone number so we can match your account.
Refunds & order changes
See our Refund Policy for the full policy. In short: we can amend or cancel a submission before it ships to the grader. Once it's with the grader, we can't pull it back.
Something's wrong with my account / cards
Email us with your submission code (e.g. CC-GRADING-0123) and a short description. We'll track it down and reply the same day.
