Refund Policy

We want you to be confident submitting your cards with us. This policy explains clearly what we can and can't refund.
Before Submission to Grader
If you change your mind before we have shipped your batch to the grading company, we can refund your submission fee in full. Contact us as soon as possible — once a batch is marked “Shipped” we cannot pull individual cards out.
After Submission to Grader
Once your cards have been shipped to the grading company, submission fees are non-refundable. This is because we have already paid the grading company on your behalf.
This applies regardless of:
- The grade received
- How long the grading takes
- Whether the card is returned damaged by the grading company (see below)
Grading Outcomes
We have no control over grades assigned by PSA, CGC, BGS, or TAG. A lower-than-expected grade is not grounds for a refund. If you believe the grading company made an error, you may submit a review request directly with them.
Cards Damaged in Transit or at the Grading Company
In the rare event that a card is damaged while in our care (before shipment) or is lost/damaged in transit and we are at fault, we will work with you to file a claim with our courier's insurance. Our liability is limited as described in our Terms and Conditions.
If the grading company damages your card, we will assist you in filing a claim with them directly. Any compensation is subject to their policies.
Cancelled Submissions Before Drop-off
If you book a submission slot but don't show up, no fee is charged as payment is taken at drop-off.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@cardscentral.com with your submission code and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Consumer Protection
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or any other applicable law.
